📱 How do I get access to the app?

WedMaster accounts are created by the administrator. Once your account is set up, you'll receive login credentials to access the app. Contact us at [email protected] to get started.

👥 How do I add guests?

Go to the Guests screen and tap the + button to add a new guest. You can add their name, phone, email, family members count, and assign them to specific wedding functions.

📅 How do I create wedding functions?

Go to Functions and tap the + button to create events like Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, Reception, and more. You can set the date, time, venue, and assign a color for each function.

✉️ How do I track RSVPs?

Use the RSVP Status screen to see which guests have confirmed, declined, or are yet to respond. You can also see the total headcount for each function.

🏪 How do I manage vendors?

Go to Vendors to add your wedding vendors like caterers, photographers, decorators, etc. Track payments, add checklists, and store all contact information in one place.

📦 How do I manage inventory?

Use the Inventory section to track wedding items, categories, and stock levels. You can assign items to individual guests or bulk assign to multiple guests at once.

📋 How do I use the Scheduler?

The Scheduler helps you plan and track wedding tasks. Create tasks with deadlines, assign them to team members, add checklists, track budgets, and add comments.

🏨 How do I manage hotel bookings?

Use the Hotels section to add hotels and assign rooms to your outstation guests. Track check-in, check-out dates and room numbers.

🔒 Is my data secure?

Yes, all your data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

🗑️ How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app:

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Scroll to the Account section
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Read the information and tap "I Understand, Continue"
5. Type "DELETE" to confirm
6. Enter your password for verification
7. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
