WedMaster ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information
when you use our mobile application.

We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and password (encrypted) for authentication purposes
- Wedding Data: Guest lists, vendor information, function/event details, RSVP records,
inventory items, scheduler tasks, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and other wedding-related data you enter
- Contact Information: Phone numbers and addresses of your guests and vendors as entered by you
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the wedding planning service
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account
- To save and sync your wedding data
- To enable collaboration among authorized team members
- To respond to your support requests
3. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL)
- Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard bcrypt hashing
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share information only:
- When required by law or legal process
- With your explicit consent
- With authorized team members within your wedding planning group
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all
associated data at any time directly from the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
This action is permanent and irreversible. All your personal data,
wedding data, guests, functions, vendors, inventory, tasks, and all other associated
information will be permanently erased from our servers.
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active
- You may delete your account at any time through the in-app deletion flow
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
6. Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies within the app.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data anytime within the app
- Correct or update inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data directly from the app
(Settings → Account → Delete Account)
- Request information about the data we hold about you
8. Children's Privacy
WedMaster is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected
with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
